Review: Don't Bite The Bridesmaid
Don't Bite the Bridesmaid by Tiffany Allee
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Don't Bite the Bridesmaid by Tiffany Allee is an adorable romance about a human woman and a vampire man stumbling through awkward situations, dire circumstances and true love. Even with my busy schedule I read this in one day. It was that entertaining.
Alice desperately needs a "date" for her sisters wedding. Not just any normal wedding, a week long event on a cruise ship. She summons the courage to ask her gorgeous next door neighbor, Noah, who just happens to be a vampire in need of a getaway. A little pressure here and some persuasion there and they are now on a cruise ship under the scrutiny of Alice's entire family. With quite a few obstacles thrown their way they still manage to fall for each other.
What I liked best was that she was dateless because she didn't want to waste time on dating after her last disastrous relationship, NOT because she couldn't find a boyfriend.**SPOILER** Also, she ALREADY figures out he is a vampire before he gets around to telling her. I like that it doesn't take her completely by surprise. That she is a little more savvy of the paranormal than a helpless damsel.**END SPOILER**
I have not yet read one book from this publishing group that I haven't enjoyed. Obviously some more than others, but they are all fun reads that leave you feeling warm and fuzzy with the happily ever afters.
I'd love to hear more about Noah's vampire friends Charles and Alex in the future.
