Review: Beautiful bastard #1.5: Beautiful Bitch

Beautiful Bitch (Beautiful Bastard, #1.5)Beautiful Bitch by Christina Lauren

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Beautiful Bitch by Christina Lauren is a cute novella that fills us in on exactly what happened between Bennett and Chloe from where we left them in Beautiful Bastard to where we see them again in Beautiful Stranger.
Beautiful Bitch (Beautiful Bastard #1.5)
This novella is short but quirky. Bennett and Chloe are still a super steamy hot couple but have found themselves caught up in the normal events of life. Working too much, seeing each other too little. Bennett makes an executive decision to take Chloe to France for a vacation before their NY move, but can she manage to schedule herself off work?!?

Audible Audiobook "Review: Beautiful Bastard #1.5: Beautiful Bitch"
What did you like best about Beautiful Bitch? What did you like least?

I liked the glimpse into Bennett and Chloe's lives.
I did not like the jumping around that occured when they were reliving their memories of past events.

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?
I wouldn't have changed anything. The issues I had with the story were minor. As a whole, it was another great book from this powerhouse duo.

What does Grace Grant and Kirby Heybourne bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Grace Grant is freaking awesome. I have enjoyed EVERYTHING she has narrated so far. This was the first time I have had the opportunity to listen to Kirby Heybourne and he did a great job too. Well read audiobooks help build the imaginary world just a little brighter and bigger than just reading alone.

Did Beautiful Bitch inspire you to do anything?
Beautiful Bitch inspired me to keep reading this series and to buy Beautiful bombshell.

  1. I really enjoy the first opus but I'm still trying to figure if this sequel will be adding something more to the story...
