Review: The Proposition: The Ferro Family by H. M. Ward

The Proposition: The Ferro Family (The Proposition, #1)The Proposition: The Ferro Family by H.M. Ward

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Proposition: The Ferro Family by H.M. Ward is the first book in the Ferro series of yumminess about the cousin Bryan and Hallie.
The Proposition: The Ferro Family (The Proposition, #1)
Hallie and Bryan had a thing, but it's in the past. Hallie's world has just stopped turning and in the worst way possible. She's lost everything and is doing everything she can to make it from day to day. In her grief she hits Publish on a story she wrote in an effort to cathartically let the past go.

Hallie is with Neil now and they have a good thing going. He is studying to be a psychiatrist and his structured behavior is a good balance to her slightly crazy tendencies. Except, turns out he may be just a tad bit too logical...

Phew! Holly's books, her characters suck me right in and get all kinds of emotions bubbling around. Each and every book of hers I have read to date! This was no exception. I kept watching the page count get closer and closer to the end, hoping that the numbers were wrong.

I really liked that when things got complicated and Hallie was faced with an ultimatum she immediately speaks with Neil and doesn't hide anything from him.

Neil's reaction, on the other hand, well that was a total what the frack just happened moment!!!

Ugh, I knew going in that this was going to have a cliff-hanger. Did it make it any better? No - It Did Not!!!!!!!

The Ferro's are addictive - this is one addiction I'm proud to have!!!
