Perfect Chaos by Nashoda RoseMy rating: 5 of 5 stars
Perfect Chaos by Nashoda Rose is the first book in her Unyielding series and a spin-off from her Tear Asunder series. While it's not necessary to have read the first series, it's a personal recommendation as they too are awesome and give more than a brief summation provided in the opening of this book.
A dark and gritty romance full of years of torment and angst with twists to the storyline that even the best sleuth won't see coming, the story of Georgie and Deck surpassed anything I thought it could be. Deck was definitely someone I wanted to read about but Georgie I wasn't sure of. I just knew there had to be more to her, but couldn't ever tell what from the brief glimpses I got in the Tear Asunder books. I was a little surprised at what her secret turned out to be.
This story is told from both POV's, which is mostly awesome but also leads to that situation where you know more than the characters and occasionally want to slap them upside the head when they don't catch on as quickly and do what you want them to do. All in all, a powerful sexy read that will leave you suspensefully hanging on the edge of your seat waiting for more words on paper from this author that is definitely on my auto read list.
