Blackest Red by P.T. Michelle is the third and final book in the In The Shadows series. This series MUST be read in order.
I am an easy to please reader. There has rarely ever been a DNF on my shelves, or a book rated less than 3 stars. That being said, there are many male characters that while their behavior is HOT in the story it would be absolute trash in real life. Sebastian is NOT one of those males. He is a perfect blend of considerate gentleman and alpha male. Strong, determined, and damaged, you want nothing but the best for him.
Talia is the same way. She is a heroine that will make you proud. She is kind without being naive, tough without being a bitch, and damaged but not broken.
Sebastian and Talia's paths are about to cross again in this final book of the series and mysteries that are over a decade in the making will eventually be solved.
I have been absolutely blown away by this series, by the connection I feel with the characters, the suspense I feel in not knowing what will happen next, by the depth of connection and turn of fate that pulls these two back into each others lives time and time again.
I couldn't stop reading while I was simultaneously and desperately not wanting this to be over.
