TROUBLE ON TAP
Release Date: July 14, 2015
What fun is life without a little bit of trouble?
Retired supermodel and forever wild child Olivia Sweet is nothing but trouble. The youngest Sweet triplet is back in her hometown, but instead of a triumphant return it’s a parade of humiliations. She’s broke, homeless and dealing with the fallout from her scumbag ex-boyfriend publishing naked pictures of her to a revenge porn website.
Staid and stalwart veteran Mateo Garcia has seen more trouble than a man ever should in his lifetime. He’s gone from pretty boy Marine to a small town police chief with a chip on his shoulder and scars covering the left side of his face. Now his former lover, Olivia, is back in town and living next door.
When the two are forced to work together to fix up the crumbling veterans’ center, the sparks fly between the beauty and the man who sees himself as a beast. Not everyone is happy that Olivia is back home though and Mateo has to choose between the town who wants her gone and an uncertain future with a woman who he thinks could never love him…

Trouble on Tap by Avery Flynn

Michelle's Review:
“Trouble on Tap” is the third in the Sweet Salvation Brewery series, by Avery Flynn. I really liked this book but it was so sad, Olivia comes from a small town where people love to gossip, hold old grudges and are sometimes just mean. Olivia is the third of the Sweet triplets also known as the crazy one. She is beautiful like her sisters, and left the small town to show everyone she can make something of herself as a runway model. Unfortunately, Olivia returns home broke and jobless, her horrible ex boy-friend that took all her money, her belongings and left her homeless. The last straw is an entry to a revenge porn website. All good fodder for gossip back home in Salvation. Oliva kept one connection to Salvation, Virginia, Mateo Garcia, gorgeous, marriage obverse, marine who called Olivia his good luck charm. They made a point of hooking up before Mateo was deployed. One mistake by him leads to her walking out of his life after the hottest sex of his life. A bigger mistake in Afghanistan left him in a military hospital, his face and mind scarred unable to forget what happened to him and his team.
Avery Flynn, shows what ugly really looks like, not in a scar on a veterans face. Ugly can be found in the small minds of people who find gossip as a pastime. Olivia tries to pull the town together for a great cause to repair a Veterans center damaged in a storm, but some old town’s people can’t forget the past sins of Olivia ancestors.
There are so many ugly exchanges between people in this book it was a bit painful, but when it is all said and done, there is an equal amount of joy when love finds a way through the ugly. Mateo really had to man up to make things right, and he definitely does. This book as a triple happy ending

About Avery Flynn:
Avery Flynn has three slightly-wild children, loves a hockey-addicted husband and is desperately hoping someone invents the coffee IV drip.
She fell in love with romance while reading Johanna Lindsey’s Mallory books. It wasn’t long before Avery had read through all the romance offerings at her local library. Needing a romance fix, she turned to Harlequin’s four books a month home delivery service to ease the withdrawal symptoms. That worked for a short time, but it wasn’t long before the local book stores’ staffs knew her by name.
Avery was a reader before she was a writer and hopes to always be both. She loves to write about smartass alpha heroes who are as good with a quip as they are with their *ahem* other God-given talents. Her heroines are feisty, fierce and fantastic. Brainy and brave, these ladies know how to stand on their own two feet and knock the bad guys off theirs.
