Stubborn as a Mule by Juliette Poe is the second book in heartwarming, sweet and funny series Sex and Sweet Tea . This is Lowe's story. In book one, Ain't He Precious?, we got a glimpse of the shenanigans that he was getting up to in regards to the Mainer house, but this book gets right up in his reasoning for his attachment to the home, what happens when you tick off a stubborn but beautiful New Yorker, and just how far love can take you in the path to letting go of grudges and such.
Melinda has her own deep-seated reasons for wanting the Mainer House and is loath to allow Lowe Mancinkus anywhere near it despite the judges orders but they slowly fall into a silent agreement of getting along and then into more...
Sweet, funny, with sexual tension that is off the chart but not blatantly in-your-face. Loved it! Enjoy!
