She Asked for It by Willow Winters is the first book in her brand new series also titled She Asked For It . You already know that a title like this is going to make for some controversial and emotionally hard-hitting material and you would be right in that assumption. The book begins shrouded in the mystery that is Allison and Deans story. You know something happened. You know they are both damaged. You just don't quite know from what or by whom.
Allison has an agenda. One that is slowly revealed to the reader as the story progresses. It is an intense story with an overall point to the theme that no matter what someone's actions prior to the occurrence, a violation against their will is a violation. Willow Winters does an excellent job in laying out the many threads of this story.
Told in dual POV and a standalone within the series, be prepared to be run through the emotional wringer but ultimately left healed at the end. Enjoy!
