#BlogTour: Parallel by Elizabeth O'Roark

Parallel

The Parallel Series – Book 1

Release Day - June 13

About The Book:

Time is a cruel thief…unless you can steal it back.

As a neurologist, Nick Reilly believes everything can be explained by science.

But he can't explain her—Quinn Stewart, an irresistible patient who knows things about him she shouldn't. And insists that at some point, she was his wife.

Something else he can't explain: he remembers her too.

Quinn wakes each morning remembering new details of the life they shared—and she's desperate for the dreams to stop. Because with each one, she finds herself craving what she had with Nick more than the life—and the fiancĂ©—she already has.

Nick and Quinn share an attraction neither can deny, but one that might destroy everything.

Just like it did before.

About The Series:

INTERSECT

The Parallel Series – Book 2

Release Day - June 27

The stunning conclusion to Parallel.

Someone has torn them apart in the past, and she plans to do it again…

As Nick and Quinn piece together the truth about the life they once shared, they discover it was much deeper and darker than they ever imagined. In order to keep history from repeating, Quinn will need to master her unusual gifts—but that means admitting to herself and to Nick why she stopped using them in the first place.

He may never forgive her when he learns the truth, but Quinn is running out of options—because the clock is ticking, and it’s no longer just her life that hangs in the balance.

My Review:

Parallel (The Parallel Duet Book 1)Parallel by Elizabeth O'Roark
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Parallel by Elizabeth O'Roark is the first book in her brand new Parallel Duet . A romantic tale of two people who seem destined to be together but are pulled apart time and again by time and by some, as yet unknown, enemy.

Well-written and well paced, told in dual points of view between Quinn, our heroine that somehow intimately knows a man she has never met, details of a life they've never lived, and the specific of places she has never traveled to and Nick, the doctor she meets for the first time but already knows in her heart. This is a book that entices you from the first chapter. The need to know more, to find out what is going on is a strong pull. The story line twists and turns but never leaves you feeling overly confused. Romantic, wistful, angst-ridden and thoroughly intriguing. Book two, Intersect, releases in a short couple of weeks but it isn't soon enough to get some answers to all the questions I have. Enjoy!
