The Hardest Hit by A.S. Teague is a standalone contemporary romance. A single dad, missed connections, second chance romance that will pull you in, tease you a little, make you wonder "Will they ever get their crap together?" and then slap you upside the head with all the emotions and feels in the space of a heartbeat. I thoroughly enjoyed Mel and Aiden's story. Itw as emotional and deep, secy and sweet. Hit me in all the right places and has definitely got me on the lookout for more books from this author, who was a first-time read for me. Enjoy!
