#ReleaseBlitz: Mr. Knightsbridge by Louise Bay

MR. KNIGHTSBRIDGE

by Louise Bay

Release Date: July 7th

About The Book:

Dexter Daniels prefers gems over women. Emeralds over girlfriends. Diamonds over marriage.

He might be the most successful jeweler of his generation, a loyal friend and some say the most handsome man in London, but his past means he doesn’t deal in love.

When Hollie Lumen enters the ballroom where exquisite royal jewels are on display, she brings Dexter’s world to a screeching halt. Despite her hand-me-down dress and borrowed shoes, Hollie is even more stunning than the jewelry. Feisty, funny and ferociously independent, she’s all Dexter can see.

Hollie Lumen can’t catch a break. She thought an internship in London was her chance to escape her responsibilities back in Oregon and for her dreams to come true. When she’s fired only a few weeks after touching down, she’s ready to give up and go home. Hollie never asks for help. She knows the only person she can rely on is herself.

So what’s she going to do about the tall, dark, handsome stranger who keeps rescuing her?

She’s going to rescue him right back.

Mr. Knightsbridge is a stand-alone romance.

My Review:

Mr. KnightsbridgeMr. Knightsbridge by Louise Bay
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Mr. Knightsbridge by Louise Bay is the second standalone romance in her The Mister series. Focusing on the lives of Dexter Daniels, famous jeweler extraordinaire, and Hollie Lumen, an eager intern and jewelry designer, this story is emotional, sexy, sweet and awesome. Well-written and well-paced and told in dual POV, Mr. Knightsbridge is passionate and emotive and possibly my new favorite by one of my "Must Read" authors.

Hollie is in London as an intern looking to get as much training under her belt as possible before her unpaid internship is up and she has to return to nowhere Oregon and her trailer park and unreliable parents and wonderful younger sister. Becoming a person of interest in Dexter Daniels life is beyond anything she ever imagined but she isn't here to date or fall in love, she has a sister to support, unreliable parents that need her and jewelry designing stuff to learn.

Dexter never thought he would be as entranced by a woman as he is Hollie, partly it's her looks, partly her apparent reluctant interest, but mostly it is the way their souls speak to each other without either of them saying a word. Drawn together by her awe of his parents tiara design, kept together by their equal interest in the design competition, and held together by something so much more.

I got all the feels from this story. It may be a bit cliche with the rich man swooping in to save the girl from the trailer park but Hollie didn't NEED Dexter to save her - she can save herself, what showed her strength the most was acknowledging that it doesn't make her less to let the man who loves her help her. Loved it! Enjoy!

About The Author:

USA Today bestselling author, Louise Bay writes sexy, contemporary romance novels – the kind she likes to read. Her books include the novels Faithful (not currently on sale as undergoing maintenance!), HopefulThe Empire State Series, The Royals Series, The Nights Series (both series of standalone books each following different characters) and the standalone Gentleman series.

Ruined by romantic mini-series of the eighties, Louise loves all things romantic. There’s not enough of it in real life so she disappears into the fictional worlds in books and films.

Louise loves the rain, The West Wing, London, days when she doesn’t have to wear make-up, being on her own, being with friends, elephants and champagne.

She loves to hear from readers so get in touch!
