So, I joined weight watchers. I finally decided to do it because a male co-worker has been on the Weight Watchers plan for maybe 8 weeks and I have literally seen the weight dropping off him. I joined last Friday, August 27th 2010, for 3 months as an online subscriber. I estimated my weight at 195lbs, pretty fat huh? Well, After I had signed up, I was picking up Hayley and weighed myself just to see how off I was . . . Wait for it . . . 204.8lbs!!!! Holy SHIT!~!~! Well, one week later, I weighed in again (with weight watchers you do this once per week) and it was 200.6lbs. So I'm glad. 4.2lbs less fat to haul around everyday. Yay!!!! They say you should loose about 2lbs per week to be healthy but i think most of mine was no more McDonalds Breakfasts and switching primarily to diet soda. I'm not expecting a 4lb drop each week, but am quite glad I saw results already. So, I thought I would blog a little about this just so I have something to look back on. Stay tuned - hopefully news continues to be good.
Oh - and I'm so glad that they have an iPod app for weight watchers - It has made it so much easier to track and figure out points. And we all know how much I LOVE my iPod - I don't leave home without it.
