Ok, I am at the end of week 2 following Weight Watchers and the loss is not as large as the first week as I already expected. However, this is the week my monthly visitor pops in and says hello, so I have been eating as MUCH as I can while still following the plan guidelines. I also finally measured on Tuesday, so I can track inches lost as well as pounds. I really don't expect anything there as I measured a week and a half into the program. . .
So I lost a whole 0.4lbs - but it's still a loss and I know I'm retaining water. And I lost 2.25 inches, but I think I maybe measured wrong because that's a lot for 4 days. We'll see.
